Advocacy Intern (Fall 2017)

The European Centre for Democracy and Human Rights is seeking creative, organized, passionate, and hard-working applicants for the Advocacy Internship - Fall 2017. Responsibilities Advocacy interns will: Compile media digests Monitor violations of the right to health in Syria, Yemen, Iraq and other countries in the MENA region Carry on research and writing tasks Prepare social media content Translate articles and blogs Perform administrative and other duties as required Qualifications and Skills Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, Political Science, or related field Research and writing experience Excellent written and verbal communications skills Experience using social media in a professional capacity Proficiency in Arabic and English
