Administrative Manager

General Responsibilities Provide leadership and management to ensure that it is respected, self-sufficient and financially independent Management of the organization's infrastructure including planning, financing, use of technology, program development and evaluation Representing RMC and its mission to relevant stakeholders including partners, financiers, community leaders, participation in relevant jobs and events with high visibility Other responsibilities according to the post Operations Lead the implementation of a strategy and recommend changes to the strategy (and related action plan) as needed while remaining fully aligned with the mission, vision & value Oversee the internal development of programs and activities to ensure that they are in line with a strategy of conservation and response to conservation and education, and the aspirations of community development. Ensure an appropriate working environment and safe that is compatible with the local & external environment. Ensure that daily operations run smoothly, safely and at maximum productivity, development and monitoring of business planning Enforce compliance and update domestic policies and procedures Provide staff with guidance and support for their respective tasks and hold frequent meetings Supporting and implementing the decisions of the CEO and preparing various administrative meetings Identify and address potential donors / charities who may be interested in financing programs and activities designed by the intended recipient to serve the goals and objectives of the RMC Track and review agreements and memorandums of understanding with partner organizations, service providers and vendors as well as program and activity reports, information flow and organizational planning    HR Manage work plans of staff to monitor and monitor progress Ensure that staff policies are followed for RMC and all relevant procedures (time, daily attendance, schedules, payroll, travel request, papers, etc.) Annual staff assessment planning (performance appraisal) with inputs from other staff and presented to CEO Ensure that the performance appraisal report is completed and submitted Identify and facilitate career development opportunities for RMC staff through training and other exposure Review the organizational structure and staffing requirements of staff and recommend staff adjustments to the CEO, as needed (including new recruitment and / or discharge)   Finance Manage financial resources wisely and efficiently, including cash flow, and keep informed the CEO of its cash position Preparing the annual budget in coordination with the board directors and follow up regularly Make sure all accounting procedures are followed and implemented by employees who are guided by the guidance of their accountant Protecting assets against fraud and financial abuse in accordance with the powers given previously Support in developing and implementing a fund-raising plan and addressing potential donors when needed   Profile requirement At least 5 years experience in program management & development / healthcare sector and / or non-governmental organizations or any other similar nature of institution work Excellent interpersonal communication skills and communication, the ability to communicate with different types of people (for staff within the organization, to the Board, partners and government representatives, the community and the public) Team player, engaging, proactive, strong personality Achieve a good balance between core skills in program and team management, including experience in managing different people and budgets Excellent organizational skills, project management skills, and fundraising experience and writing proposals is a plus Ability to work under pressure, to prioritize, and to handle a variety of different tasks, during work and outside working hours  Computer literacy (Microsoft office, etc.). Knowledge of Lebanese laws
