Finance Officer

The Senior Finance Officer is responsible for all accounts payable related to suppliers, in addition to fixed assets management   DUTIES Responsible for all assigned projects (accounting ,data enty,control,follow up with the project coordinator, financial manager and the team) Follow up with donor on everything related to projects, budgets, in accordance with agreements and updates Responsible for cost allocations between budget line items Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system Recommend to management any updates to accounting policies related to fixed assets Perform suppliers account reconciliations, research and resolve payment discrepancies Follow up payments for suppliers Prepare and control banks reconciliations Review and manage rental contract  and prepare related payment in accordance with organization guidelines Coordinate with Project Coordinators in order to avoid any discrepancies related to a project Perform any other request from the Finance Manager and the Management   SKILLS Strong organizational skills, initiative, ability to prioritize work Strong ability to multi-task and respond to unanticipated requests quickly Ability to perform several tasks with attention to detail Ability to perform essential functions under stressful and changing conditions and represent the department in a professional manner Ability to maintain outstanding working relationships with external and internal sources Strong Problem solving and analytical skills Ability to show initiative and take responsibility Excellent oral and written communication skills
