Project Coordinator For Medico-Social Department

Main operational duties and tasks:   1- Staff management Supervising the employees’ performance in the project Supervising attendance of staff and solving any related problem Following up personnel matters related to staff with concern positions in accordance to the personnel manual of LRC Motivating the staff and maintaining a high level of morale.   2- Direct project implementation Participating in design and facilitation of trainings for staff and volunteers  Negotiate the type and costs of activities to be executed with the social workers and MSD director Visiting and monitoring the work in the targeted areas. Elaborating of Health Education materials Maintaining relationship with municipalities Monitoring the relation with other NGOs and local authorities Monitoring the team achievements and analyse information for the project Ensuring the achievement of goals and objectives for the project Coordinating with other LRC departments as per project requirements Preparing and scheduling programs for foreign visitors and accompanying them.   3- Reporting Receiving monthly reports from social workers in the field Writing narrative reports (final and progress) and submitting to MSD director Weekly updating on project outcomes to MSD director (DIP Dashboard)
