Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Project Manager and other project staff on the implementation of the project;
Assist in executing project activities in a timely manner, ensuring good quality action and credible outcomes;
Ensure compliance with SFCG Operations Manual policies and procedures;
Assist with regular written and oral reporting for donors;
Assist in the planning for workshops, trainings, and other project events and activities, and recruiting participants for each;
liaising with trainers and project partners as needed. Stay informed of local operating contexts to ensure project activities are adapted to on-the-ground realities;
Maintain project records such as databases, reports and records of decisions.
Implement the financial and administrative systems necessary for the execution of the project

Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred in a related area, such as conflict resolution, international studies, peace-building, or human rights.
2-3 years of related experience, including project coordination or implementation of activities.
Familiarity with the practice of conflict resolution and peacebuilding in the region. Academic and/or practical knowledge of the Syrian context and realities Experience with reporting and or DME practices is an asset Skills
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
Spoken and written fluency in English and Arabic.
Strong oral and written communications skills.
Cultural sensitivity and adaptability. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word and Excel. •
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
