Job Summary Concern Worldwide is looking for a dynamic and creative individual with strong social and humanitarian understanding of society to support Marketing team of Livelihoods program in Lebanon.  Concern Worldwide Livelihoods program is supporting array of income generation activities focused on small business support, product diversification and branding of new products to access markets. The role of Ideation and Design Associate will be to design and support marketing campaigns suitable for various agricultural cooperatives, design visibility material, support social media presence and graphic designing of learning material. Roles and responsibilities Interpreting business needs and developing a concept to suit the purpose. Estimating the time required to complete the work. Create exciting and homogenous designs across multiple mediums for different marketing requirements adhering to brand guidelines. Deliver quality designs in a timely manner. Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts. Insure design ideas and concepts are workable on industrial scales. Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work Proficient in English and Arabic Typing. Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches. Working on layouts and art working ready for print. Keeping up to date with emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as InDesign, QuarkXPress, FreeHand, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3ds Max, Acrobat, Director, Dreamweaver and Flash. Under take other related duties as may reasonably be assigned by the Assistant /Country Director.   Person Specifications  Excellent technical capacity to produce high quality work in short time. Minimum 5 years of working experience in marketing/designing/branding company; Freelancer with strong trackable portfolio of work produced can also apply. Work experience in NGOs or with NGOs is an assets Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office and email.
