The research study will be carried out on migrant domestic workers’ rights from employer-employee perspective with a geographical focus on Lebanon. The overall objective of the study is to elaborate findings of focus groups on migrants and employers perspectives; rights and responsibilities of the employer and the employee; international work standards and recommendations for decent work. DUTIES Conduct the research study. Based on the findings, elaborate recommendations and a policy paper aimed at improving existing policies and implemented projects. The research study report and the policy paper will be submitted to Caritas Lebanon (in Arabic and English languages); Present the policy paper /recommendations to the Government through the Task Force on Migration and Trafficking for actions: Launch the research study findings in a press conference. EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE Demonstrated experience in conducting perception surveys/assessments/studies Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing action plans Experience in similar projects is an asset Knowledge of the plight of migrant workers in Lebanon and the region is an asset Knowledge of the local and regional social, economic, and political context is essential
