Data Entry Officer

Responsibilities Data entry for the entire questionnaire, surveys, files and other medical documents. Entering data into a health information system is a core function of the job. Follow up the with the registration team to ensure qualitative and timely Surveys and questionnaires. Verify data by comparing it to source documents. Prepare Daily, weekly reports and support the Data supervisor with the data needed. Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost, Arrangement and archiving of files according to organization’s protocols. Verify data by comparing it to source documents. Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation. Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry. Flexible for any needed data, reports, and documents requested by the data supervisor. Requirements Proven experience as data entry clerk Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.) Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware. Basic understanding of databases. Good command of English both oral and written. Great attention to detail Flexibility in work High school degree or equivalent.
