Consultancy: Animator

Deliverable 30-40 seconds animated video   Language(s) Arabic with English translation   Work Conditions The consultant will be expected to carry out the duties within the timeframe described below. Oxfam will not provide any equipment and is not responsible for the consultant’s equipment.   Timeline The consultant is expected to start on the 7th of June and deliver the final draft on the 18th of June.   Timeline 7/6 starting date 12/6 first draft 15/6 second draft 18/6 final draft   Experience and skills Proven professional animation design track Good communication skills Ability and availability to work quickly with short turnaround   Language requirements   Arabic English   Oxfam is seeking a freelance designer and animator to undertake this project. Fees and timelines should be submitted as part of the application, to Oxfam by interested parties, including CVs and relevant experience.
