Introduction: TDH IT is looking for 1 Community Facilitator for the Case Management Team in order to cover the needs of Syrian Refugee and vulnerable Lebanese children in Jbeil.  The Child Protection (CP) intervention of Terre des Hommes Italy (TDH IT) “Strengthening Protection for Syrian refugees and vulnerable Lebanese girls and boys and their caregivers through quality prevention and response services” in Mount Lebanon intends to: Strengthen the capacity of three MOSA Social Development Centers (SDCs) and a Local CBO to deliver emergency assistance, including child protection and family support services; Support the resilience and wellbeing of Syrian refugees and vulnerable Lebanese girls and boys and caregivers through community based PSS and outreach activities; Provide focused psychosocial support (PSS) interventions and Case Management for children or survivors of abuse, violence and/or exploitation; Empower communities to identify CP priorities, resources, needs, and solutions in order to promote community participation and engagement.  Major Responsibilities: To support the implementation of the CP activities, in particular the Case Management component, in each of the areas covered by the project. To support the Case workers in conducting Outreach Activities, in particular home visits. To maintain regular contacts with the local stakeholder, with a specific focus on Syrian Community residing in the area, Lebanese local Community and Local Authority. To participate in coaching and training sessions on Child Protection. To participate in the preparation, execution and organization of Awareness sessions, when needed. To perform all organizational and administrative work related to outreach team, including regular reporting to the Case Management Specialist and/or Project Manager To support the internal/external referral system. To maintaining regular contacts with the referral organizations and other stakeholders, to feed back the referral system. To report any kind of abuse. To plan and request the material needed for the activities of the community Case management team. To comply with the TDH-It Code of Conduct. Key Working Relationships: Position Reports to:  CM supervisor-CM specialist Technical reference/Indirect Reporting:  Project Manager Collaborates with: PSS team and Case workers Other Internal and/or external contacts: community empowerment officer Internal: other members of TDH IT programs in the field   External: local partner –Other NGOs/INGOs Qualifications and experience 6 months minimum work experience in similar position Child Protection knowledge and understanding Ability to work well in a team, under pressure and in response to changing needs Experience in and knowledge of the Syrian situation and response is considered a strong asset Commitment to the aims, principles and values of TDH IT Valid Driving license is compulsory.  Arabic: Fluent English: a plus French: a plus
