Quality Assurance Officer

The Quality Officer is responsible for monitoring and advising on the performance of the quality management system, produce data and report on performance, measuring against set standards   DUTIES Draft quality assurance policies and procedures Plan, and conduct internal quality control audits to ensure compliance with organization procedures and policies Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities and identify areas for improvement Follow-up on corrective actions Document internal quality control audits and other quality assurance activities Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers Assure ongoing compliance with quality regulatory requirements   SKILLS Assess and evaluate technical and critical situations Able to work under stress and on tight deadlines Exhibits high levels of professionalism in work methods with others Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Skilled in the standards, concepts, practices, and procedures within the quality management system Ability to work at all levels within and organization and the ability to work in a diverse work group Attention to detail Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
