Mobile Team’S Nurse

Amel organization, in partnership with Samu Social International, is setting up a structure of mobile assistance in Beirut and its region, reaching out to children and young “in situation of street” and with high vulnerability. The operational partnership between Amel and SSI is key to the project. This first phase is of 8 months. General objective of the project: improved inclusion of refugees and asylum seekers with vulnerabilities in Lebanon from their arrival up to a permanent solution is found, in terms of humanitarian, specialized and legal assistance. Responsibility n ° 1: Take charge of the essential care on the street and in partner centers - Activity 1.1: Nursing diagnosis on the people met - Activity 1.2: Carry out basic nursing care and deliver medicines according to the legislation - Activity 1.3: Contact the coordinator or the referent doctor in case of emergency that cannot be dealt with on site. - Activity 1.4: Provide beneficiaries with attentive listening, and animate health education talks Responsibility n ° 2: Guarantee the sanitary hygiene and medical logistics necessary for the functioning of the mobile team - Activity 2.1: Perform the cleaning, disinfection, and decontamination required after each caregiving - Activity 2.2: Prepare the equipment and consumables needed for street interventions and receptions in partner centers Responsibility n ° 3: Share the health information needed to take care of the beneficiaries - Activity 3.1: Maintain the instructions for the transmission of information for medical follow - up, in particular for situations requiring a specific intervention - Activity 3.2: Refer the sites to be visited according to the medical follow-up of the beneficiaries in the street - Activity 3.3: Refer to the coordinator the needs to relay care according to the pathologies observed - Activity 3.4: Ensure the systematic transmission of the information under its responsibility at each service meeting.
