Outreach Officer - Bekaa

Be part of the Outreach team, to search and meet at community level the youth interested in Vocational education   Develop the Outreach Work Plan (mapping the municipalities, the services, local and international NGOs present in the territory); Visiting the Municipalities to promote the project; Field Visit to communities, ITSs and Collective Shelters collaborating with the Education Staff of AVSI (where there is an overlapping) to identify vulnerable youth and women interested in the vocational trainings activities and the internships; Realizing the assessment in the intervention areas, through Focus Group discussion and interviews; draft Reports; Carry out the monitoring activities regarding the participation of the beneficiaries to the vocational training activities and internships (spot check and surveys); Coordinate the reimbursement to the participants; draft the needed reports; Prepare and archive relevant documents, including photos; Carry out all the tasks needed by the Country Representative of AVSI.
