The Project Officer will assume responsibility of managing awarded grant/project activities and relationship with the local partners in Lebanon and other countries in the region. Under the supervision and guidance of the Program Manager and supported by project staff working on this project, the PO will be responsible for management, implementation and monitoring and evaluation of grant/project activities as per detailed implementation and M&E plan.
Tasks include: oversee successful implementation of project activities; support partners toset high quality performance targets ensuring adherence to technical standards and best practices; Ensure timely and quality preparation of donor project narrative reports, quarterly performance indicator tracking tables, baseline and final evaluation reports; monitor project activities and impact on a regular basis.

Specific Requirements:
Lebanese citizenship;
Bachelor Degree in a related field.
Excellent English and Arabic, including written (French is a plus);
3 years of NGO experience.
