Main Role
The French Red Cross delegation and its three delegates implement Water and Sanitation projects in collaboration with the Lebanese Red Cross. The Logistics and Administration Officer is responsible for the office daily management and related Logistics, Administration and Financial duties. The officer works under the supervision of the Head of Delegation and in collaboration with concerned colleagues and partners.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
The officer is responsible for:
- The accountability and financial management of the delegation
- The logistics and purchases of the delegation
- The daily administration of the delegation
Accounting and cash flow
Management of delegation’s accountancy and monthly closure
Archiving and document transmission to the FRC HQ in Paris
Cash flow management
Monitoring delegation’s budgets
Funding and donor
Participation to budget’s project development
Edit financial reports in close collaboration with LRC
Ensure that donor’s procedures are fulfilled
Contribute to the organization of audits
Delegation management
Ensure the maintenance of FRC facilities
Organize welcome and living of delegates
Supply and Equipment
Manages supply and procurements according to FRC & Donor rules
Ensure Follow up of supply
Establishment and follow up of contracts with supplier
Follow up of inventory
Ensure that material are regularly maintained
Administration
Ensure and up-date archiving system of all documents and contracts
Up-date and keep organized HR files and related documents (leaves, visas, etc.)
Be the contact for national and international staff on the daily basis
