- Assessment of the social cases and inform beneficiaries of their choices and guide them through their own problem-solving process in a participatory way. - Conduct home visits to assess the needs of the cases - Conduct field visits depending on the follow-up to be provided to each beneficiary (hospital, school, …) - Collaboration and cooperation with other team members - Plan and organize and implement group activities with children, women, men and youth - Refer eligible cases to the adequate service provider  - Inform and coordinate with stakeholders to cover the inquiry of beneficiaries. - Organize recreational activities to ensure that refugees are able to survive the very difficult experience of being in an asylum country. - Refer traumatized cases to a psychologist for counseling and assistance. - Accompany beneficiaries  during recreational activities
