MISSION
Goal / Purpose:
The Database Base Officer assists the operation teams in the entry, analysis and backing-up of information collected on the field.
POSITION
List of main tasks:
Data and tools management
The data base officer is in charge of :
The design and management of operational anWash databases
Maintaining updated program databases
Entering data provided into the appropriate software
Ensuring the security of computer data
He attends the training of field staff about the new tools developed.
He supports the teams in the analysis of information and data gathered
He is responsible for archiving paper, electronic data and reports and making them available to the teams, on request.
Mapping
He maintains updated location maps for Solidarités International activities
He prepares, on request, maps to illustrate the reports
Reporting
He participates in collaboration with the outreach team and the Program Manager in the analysis and processing of data
He participates in collaboration with the outreach team and the Program Manager in the production of graphs based on the data collected.
