Private Sector Partnership Unit in Beirut has been in Lebanon since November 2015, where a Digital Hub have been established to bring a broad base of supporters and leadership partners closer to Refugees/PoCs and UNHCR’s work/mandate beside establishing and strengthening relations with different public and private sector partners in the MENA Region to cover funding gaps through digital and traditional multi-channel outreach in favour of supporting refugees and IDPs morally and financially. Private Sector Partnerships Service (PSP) is a fast growing global division with offices in 19 countries across the world. By end of 2016, PSP will recruit new individual private donors and our ambition is to quickly grow in size, scale and global reach. As the fundraising becomes another stream of generating funds for UNHCR, therefore we are looking for a highly motivated and results driven Fundraising Consultant to lead and supervise the establishment of the payment gateway.  Strategic Planning   Develop and review a strategy for the Payment Gateway Program Monitor all activities against targets and key performance indicators. Produce income and expenditure budgets and monitor results against them,  advising management of any significant deviations. Provide regular reporting on the progress of plans and ROIs. Identify and develop opportunities to increase income and improve cost efficiency. Conducting supervision sessions and appraisals and identifying development opportunities. Responsible for training and coaching of the team as the market does not have experienced fundraisers. Ensure proper systems (CRM, payment gateways, e-mail platforms etc..) are in place to manage and support fundraising programs, including donor care, telemarketing, and face-to-face, as well as financial processing, financial reporting, a donor database, and e-mail marketing platform. Test and develop new channels and tools Scope of Assignment Lead and supervise the Establishment of the functions related to the “Payment Gateway” process. Facilitate and Advice on CRM and Call Centre optimization and planning. Provide a brief progress report on a monthly basis.

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Define the educational background, the relevant job experience and the language(s) that are essential to perform the work of the position. University degree (BA) in business/marketing, social sciences or a related discipline, previous relevant private sector fundraising experience in a not-for-profit organization or international organization. Experience in developing, managing and stewarding relationships with corporations and foundations in a non-profit organization. Organizational, interpersonal and networking skills with large groups and individuals. Excellent computer skills. At least 8 years proven experience in marketing, sales, new business development or fundraising. Minimum three years’ experience in managing a team and programs with financial targets. Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic,Result oriented and target driven.
