Summary of Position
You will assist the Finance and Administrative team in the below listed (but not limited to)
Finance
-work closely with SFCG Lebanon finance and administrative staff, local
partners, civil society organizations and stakeholders to ensure timely and quality finance and Administrative records.
* Accountability (key results to be achieved)
- Conduct all administrative and financial related task as instructed by supervisor such as, but not limited to:
Finance, HR, Procurement, Inventory.
- Assist in filing and data entry for all Financial and Administrative related matters
- Compile and verify budget lines and accounting data by checking files as instructed by supervisor.
- Process accounting entries in accordance with SFCG Chart and procedure.
- Assist in checking all documentation attached to every payment, as well as assisting in procuring missing documents as instructed by supervisor.
- Liaise with other functional units who work closely with Finance Unit on relevant issues.
- Maintain efficient and timely archiving system of physical and electronic files to ensure that all
documents are accounted for.
- Any other task as instructed by supervisor related to Financial or Administrative work.
Competencies/Profile:
Accounting Graduate or related field
Proficiency in Excel/Word
Honest, trustful, energetic and independent.
Hard worker.
Good command of English.
Ability to type in Arabic
