Job purpose:
The protection program developer is responsible for the successful leadership and management of the program of AMURT in accordance with the strategic direction set by board.
Duties and responsibilities:
Program Management
Encourage and implement a child rights approach in all AMURT program and projects.
Assure child protection standards adherence in all AMURT programs and projects.
Develop new and strengthen existing activities within the logical framework of the Child Protection in Emergencies.
Liaise with United Nations Child Protection working groups and INGOs.
Help build positive relations within AMURT and external parties related to protection protocols and referrals.
Attend external & internal meetings
Other coordinating duties and responsibilities as assigned by the board.
Human Resources & Capacity Building
Support supervision, coaching and performance management of all related staff
