Hr Intern

The HR intern will be assisting and providing support on HR Services , helping in the recruitment process, organizing and keeping track of personnel documents, daily follow up on leave administration. The HR Intern will be working closely with the HR Manager.   Responsibility  Enter data into the HR database and personal files and keep them up-to-date in order to facilitate HR processes management. Calling Candidates for  job interviews Assist in data entry and proper follow up on leave management and administration of staff and personnel Preparing Job offers and contracts Helping in the Proper and accurate filing of personnel documents on daily basis Perform other HR duties as required
