The project manager will be in charge of the implementation of an education and social project in North Lebanon (Dannyeh / Tripoli / Akkar) targeting 10 secondary schools.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Responsible of the project implementation
Coordinate with the 10 schools participating in the project the implementation of the various activities (training sessions, clubs' activities, social cohesion activities, etc.).
Coordinate closely with the 2 partners
Organize the various events planned
Human Resources management
Manage the team (field officer and the team of consultants involved and the team of trainers) .
Follow-up with interns or volunteers if needed
Reporting
Prepare weekly progress reports and other relevant documents
Conduct regular field visits to the targeted school
Prepare the project’s Technical and Financial Reporting.
Ensuring documentation of events and update of website content and other media
Financial management
Manage expenses according to the budget, under the supervision of Finance department regulations
Report expenses forecasts and needs
Personal skills: management, communication skills, diplomacy, organized, leadership and capacity to adapt
Good knowledge of North Lebanon is an asset.
