About ARK Group DMCC:ARK Group DMCC (including ARK’s Beirut-based branch) is a stabilization and development consultancy that specialises in evidence-based programme implementation and the provision of research and consultancy services. ARK has been operational in Lebanon since 2009 and has worked with a number of clients such as international embassies and INGOs. About the Project: ARK is implementing a year-long quantitative research project (four surveys targeting 5000 respondents each carried out on a quarterly basis) is support of a major international organisation’s stabilisation and development efforts in Lebanon. Major Responsibilities:• Under the supervision of the Project Manager, oversee day-to-day project implementation• Directly manage two Field Supervisors responsible for the supervision of 12 Data Collectors each. • Coordinate with the Research Director and the Statistician and ensure research instruments are adapted to the needs. • Develop work plans and Gantt charts and use planning tools to keep track of all activities and ensures deliverables are met in a timely manner. • Provide relevant documentation as required, including narrative and financial reports, progress reports, and promotional material. • With the Project Manager, represent ARK to donors, other stakeholders, and in relevant coordination mechanisms Requirements:• Graduate degree in a relevant field such as international development, political studies, public administration and communications and media studies.• A minimum of four years of progressively responsible project/programme coordination experience• Demonstrable relevant experience working on large quantitative research projects• Full professional fluency in English and Arabic
