Position summary
The René Moawad Foundation is seeking a Field Coordinator for the implementation of its UNICEF 10 months funded project “Supporting vulnerable girls and boys with learning, soft and hard skills and employability programs in the North”. The Field Coordinator will be the primary contact between target beneficiaries and communities and the RMF Project Coordinator. The Field Coordinator will be based in North Lebanon.
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in identifying implementation sites for participating communities;
Coordinate logistics and facilitating the planned activities;
Support project team members in data collection;
Collecting data on project progress and assisting in submitting progress reports to RMF Project Coordinator
Ensure proper implementation of project activities sites in accordance with projects’ work plans;
Ensure that supporting documentation for M&E is secured and accurate
Ensure the visibility of the project
Report all project updates and activities to the Project Coordinator
Other tasks as directed by the supervisors
Education and Experience
At least 3 years of experience in relevant field
2-3 years’ experience with Vocational Training related projects preferred.
A post-graduate degree or equivalent bachelor degree
Strong experience in donors –funded projects.
Experience in working with partners
Experience reporting on project activities (required) as well as research and data collection (desired)
Excellent knowledge of English and Arabic; French is a plus.
Excellent reporting, communication and interpersonal skills.
