Main Purpose الهدف الرئيسي Carrying out cleaning activities in the mission according to MSF standards and procedures in order to ensure hygiene and disinfection of materials and surfaces. تنفيذ أنشطة التنظيف في البعثة وفقا للمعايير والإجراءات المنظمة لضمان النظافة وتطهير المواد والأسطح Accountabilities المسؤوليات •       Performing tasks related to hygiene and disinfection according to protocols applied in the service, knowing and applying specific hygiene protocols and security rules. This includes but are not limited to the following: المهام الأدائية المرتبطة بالنظافة والتطهير وفقا للبروتوكولات المطبقة في الخدمة، معرفة وتطبيق بروتوكولات النظافة والقواعد الأمنية المحددة. ويشمل ذلك ولكن لايقتصر على ما يلي:   •       Maintaining clean and disinfected, the infrastructures allocated to his/her position including the furniture, doors, walls and floor and some medical material (rooms of patients, of consultation, waiting room, staff room, storage room, kitchen, bathroom and latrines) applying specific protocols and using the tools and equipment provided. Cleaning floors, equipment, beds, toilets and showers according to protocols and schedule الحفاظ على نظافة وتطهير البنى التحتية المخصصة له/ لها بما في ذلك الأثاث والأبواب والجدران والأرضية وبعض الأدوات الطبية (غرف المرضى، غرفة الإستشارة الطبية، غرفة الإنتظار، غرفة الموظفين، غرفة التخزين، المطبخ،  الحمام والمراحيض)، تطبيق بروتوكولات محددة باستخدام الأدوات والمعدات المقدمة. تنظيف الأرضيات والمعدات والأسرة والمراحيض والحمامات وفقا للبروتوكولات والجداول الزمنية المحددة. •       Collecting and evacuating waste produced by medical structures to the designated site, previously sorted by medical staff and emptying out dustbins as often as necessary to ensure an efficient quality of care and safe environment جمع وإخلاء النفايات التي تنتجها المنشآت الطبية إلى موقع معين، وفرزها من قبل الكادر الطبي وتفريغ صناديق القمامة خارجاً  كلما كان ذلك ضروريا لضمان نوعية فعالة من الرعاية والبيئة الآمنة. •       Raising awareness on hygiene and sanitation measures amongst patients, visitors, staff, mothers to use correctly the water distribution points, latrines, hand washing points and washing areas in collaboration with the nursing and health promotion team رفع الوعي بشأن تدابير النظافة والصرف الصحي بين المرضى، الزوار، الموظفين والأمهات، لاستخدام  نقاط توزيع المياه والمراحيض، ونقاط غسل اليدين ومناطق الغسيل بشكل صحيح  بالتعاون مع فريق التمريض لتعزيز الصحة •       Carrying out laundry activities according to protocols  القيام بأنشطة غسيل الملابس وفقا لبروتوكولات   •       Ensuring proper use, storage and maintenance of the equipment and tools provided. Ensuring availability of hygiene and sanitation products, and draws up orders for on-going needs ضمان الاستخدام السليم والتخزين والصيانة للمعدات والأدوات المتوفرة. ضمان توافر النظافة والصرف الصحي والمنتجات، وإدارة جيدة للإحتياجات الجارية.     •       Reporting any repair or maintenance work needed related to hygiene to the supervisor, as well as any relevant information related to his/her responsibilities الإبلاغ عن أي أعمال ترميم أو صيانة لازمة متعلقة بالنظافة إلى المشرف، وكذلك أية معلومات ذات صلة متعلقة بمسؤولياته /مسؤولياتها.
