Operational Director

§   Ensure the coordination between the  departments concerned in the implementation of the activities  §   Conduct monthly meetings with the area managers, program managers and project managers to make sure that the implementation is being done properly by all concerned departments §   Conduct field visits on a monthly basis and present a progress report To the Executive Director §   Ensure that the activities are implemented according to the agreement with the donor in coordination with the project managers §   Ensure that the set target is reached for all projects according to plan  §   Review all documents related to the project before submission  §   Monitor all financial aspects of the projects  §   Follow-up with the Program Managers regarding the development of their program  §   Follow-up with the area managers regarding the overall implementation of their activities  §   Suggest/develop tools to ensure the proper coordination between different projects/programs §  Develop and establish operating policies and rules consistent with the ED’s broad policies and objectives and ensures their adequate execution §  Appraise and evaluate the results of overall operations regularly and systematically, and reports these results to the ED §  Motivate and lead a high performance operational team §  Monitor the performance of the employees and determine Key Performance Indicators for every process §  Determine operational strategies for success
