Conduct donor mapping and identify new funding opportunities that match NCA’s strategies for the Middle East.
Contribute together with the Area Representative to networking with existing and potential donors as well as with potential consortia partners.
Contribute to or facilitate design processes for program and project development.
Lead, plan and/or quality assure new funding proposals in close cooperation with NCA and partners’ financial and programmatic staff.
Conduct final quality checks and fine-tuning of all funding proposals and reports to donors before they are submitted.
Quality assure all grant agreements with donors and partners before they are signed.
Maintain an overview of all grants and their status quo, and follow-up compliance with donor conditions and deadlines.
Carry out training of NCA and partner staff on donor relationship management, funding proposals and grant management.
Contribute to grant kick-off and exit workshops with partners.
Lead processes related to evaluations of NCA’s Middle East programs.
Liaison with Head Office Communications department on visibility and communication on NCA Middle East program activities and achievements.
