Pss Program Field Coordinator

Main Role To support LRC’s Psychosocial Support Program in project management, coordination, and monitoring and evaluation.   Operational Roles and Responsibilities Conduct field visits on a regular basis to the different project sites to ensure that activities are being implemented according to the project work plan and in compliance with monitoring and evaluation tools. Participate in project meetings and UN coordination meetings/working groups at field level and provide regular feedback on meetings to the psychosocial project managers and DRC project manager. Provide technical support on Gender Based Violence, Child Protection and Psychosocial Support to the psychosocial project officers and project field teams (social workers, community volunteers and DM frontline workers) Facilitate or support project related trainings/workshops for staff and volunteers. Facilitate and promote cross-cutting results across LRC departments (DM, MS and EMS) Support the development of monitoring and evaluation tools for the project. Prepare monthly reports
