Finance Administrator

The Financial administrator is responsible for the financial management of the Foundation’s projects and has to perform the following tasks: · Finance Accounting: Arrange payments and enter them into the accounting system (book-keeping), have finance documents complete, establish financial statements · Finance Administration: Manage bank accounts, inventory lists and financial files · Budget Planning: Monitor and coordinate with staff the budget planning for activities · Finance Controlling: Implement finance procedures, evaluate expenditures, adjust internal budgets, establish balances for each event · Support the Project with a thorough Project Administration. Previous work experience is an asset. Candidates have to be fluent in English and Arabic, a certain command of German is appreciated. We are looking for a person with accuracy and a good knowledge of financial and accountancy provisions. Candidates have to be computer-literate and should have strong analytical and communicative skills.
