Migration Health Physician

Under the overall supervision of Head of IOM Office in Lebanon and the overall guidance of the Chief Medical Officer and the direct supervision of the in charge of Migration Health Assessment Centre PEC/PDMS Team Leader (Senior National Migration Health Physician) in Beirut, the incumbent will be responsible for the following:   Performing migration health assessment for selected resettlement countries Pre Embarkation Check and Pre Departure Medical Screening of refugees in accordance with resettlement country’s Protocols for Immigrants and the IOM Migration Health Assessment Guidelines. Medical case registration and management  Medical treatment and follow up of identified beneficiaries on treatment Provision of obtained Medical Data during Health Assessment, PEC/PDMS to Senior National Migration Health Physician Assist in charge of MHAC IOM Beirut, PEC/PDMS Team Leader Coordination with the local/national health authorities, physicians, hospitals and laboratories as needed. Assist  in charge of MHAC of IOM Beirut and PEC/PDMS Team Leader in preparation of  monthly and quarterly reports Conduct medical escort duties in and out of country Performing any other related duties that may be assigned by the direct supervisor.
