Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage the CP intervention by planning, monitoring and evaluating project activities in accordance with grant agreements and TDH IT quality standards;
- Prepare, in coordination with key staff, work plans with clear objectives and achievement benchmarks, long-term and short-term priorities, implementation plans, financial projections and evaluation tools;
- Update, in collaboration with the team, the outputs of the program and propose adjustments if necessary for ongoing activities. Constantly updates the PM on the project progress or on any modifications that need to be taken regarding the implementation process;
- Ensure the best use of resources and support the Financial Officer in the preparation of sound budgets and monitoring project expenses;
- Conduct frequent field visits to all project sites;
- If necessary, establish an efficient remote control mechanism in case of not accessible areas due to security reasons;
- Maintain open and professional relations with team members, promoting a strong team spirit and providing oversight and guidance to enable staff to successfully perform in their positions;
- Support the PM in reporting to donors through both formal and informal briefings, annual and semi-annual reports, and maintain ongoing dialogue;
- Weekly and/or monthly report to the PM;
- Monitor the weekly meeting organized by the Team Leader and its team. Assure that child protection standards are understood and applied and support the CPO and Team Leaders in establishing a clear referral system. Maintain and strengthen the relations with the other organization dealing with CP and PSS.
- Represent TDH IT in field base multi agency and overall interagency cluster where appropriate;
- Participate in the planning of new project proposals and in the implementation of assessment for new projects based on the strategy approved by the Delegation.
- Any other task relevant to the position.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in humanitarian field and/or social science.
- Minimum of two year's recent relevant experience (within the past three years) of working within hosting and refugee community environment.
- Minimum one year's recent relevant experience working to address Child Protection behavior and issues.
- Experience of partnership working with voluntaries, community members, other agencies, and local authorities.
- Experience in conducting trainings is an asset. Awareness and recent experience of issues impacting on hosting and refugee community.
- Knowledge of CPMS and CP services provided.

- Microsoft Office: Word and Excel is a must.

- Availability of a car is an asset.
