Vocational Training Coordinator

Be part of the Agriculture team, to follow up the coordination and implementation of the Vocational courses in the Lebanese AVSs. Develop the working plan and chronogram in collaboration with the Project Manager and the Private Sector Coordinator; Attend the coordination meetings with the Ministry of Agriculture to identify the  vocational training’s curriculum and nominate the teachers; Collaborate with the colleagues of the other projects to organize the courses; Facilitate the communication between partners; Monitor and coordinate the outreach to organize the vocational trainings in technical schools; Collaborate with the Project Manager to identify experts for organizing the formation of the teachers; Coordinate the preparation of the calendar of the courses; provide the purchase of the materials needed for the courses; Coordinate the calendar of the internships in collaboration with the Coordinator of Private Sector; Draft the requested Reports (Medium term reports and final reports); Carry out all the task requested by the Country Representative of AVSI.
