The Nawaya Network is an NGO that develops the employability and entrepreneurial skills of underprivileged and marginalized youth.   One of the programs is called "Nawaya Impact Lab", in partnership with UNICEF, which trains unemployed Lebanese and refugee youth on how to generate innovative, income-generating solutions to problems in their communities.  To learn more, please visit: http://www.nawaya.org/impact-lab In 2016, Nawaya reached 650 youth from Lebanese, Syrian, and Palestinian backgrounds throughout the Beirut area.  In 2017, the aim is to reach 2,400 youth in Beirut, Mount Lebanon, and the South.   We are seeking an M&E consultant for a one-month period to assist us in: Developing the entire structure of Nawaya’s M&E framework, including indicators, data-gathering, and reporting mechanisms Designing and develop data management tools Building the structure for the data-gathering process for submission of quarterly results and performance reports Supporting the development of tools and guidelines for data collection, collation, and reporting
