Training Officer

The Nawaya Network is an NGO that develops the employability and entrepreneurial skills of underprivileged and marginalized youth.   One of the programs is called "Nawaya Impact Lab", in partnership with UNICEF, which trains unemployed Lebanese and refugee youth on how to generate innovative, income-generating solutions to problems in their communities.  To learn more, please visit: http://www.nawaya.org/impact-lab In 2016, Nawaya reached 650 youth from Lebanese, Syrian, and Palestinian backgrounds throughout the Beirut area.  In 2017, the aim is to reach 2,400 youth in Beirut, Mount Lebanon, and the South.   We are seeking a Training Officer who can fulfill the following responsibilities: -- Coordinates and plans training of trainers during February round -- Works closely with selected trainers and coordinates schedules and placement on a monthly basis -- Follows up with trainers regarding logistical support and any relevant needs or requests -- Resolves challenges that may arise related to scheduling, placement, or logistics
