GENERAL OBJECTIVE:
To provide support in administration and logistics of an office of an international NGO in accordance with the organization policies and procedures. Also to provide support in the human resources management of the office.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION:
- University degree in business management or any other related field
- Two years’ work experience
- Practical experience in cash management
- Knowledge of procurement procedure
- Proven experience in vehicle management
- Ability to work in a diverse culture
- Excellent time and resources management
- Excellent command of Arabic and English languages
- Excellent computer skills (MS office)
- Ability to travel outside of Lebanon
- Flexibility of time and place
- Ability to work under pressure
