Under the technical supervision of the Protection Program Manager and the supervision of the North Area Manager, the psychologist will support the project implementation through the following tasks in B&Z community center in Tripoli,
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling services for both migrant and host community in respect to the IASC MHPSS minimum standards to ensure the psychological, social, and physical well-being of service seekers through confidential documentation;
- Support the project cycles by following up on referrals made through the psychosocial support program;
- Participate in capacity building trainings related to the area of operations and the protection program scope of work;
- Submit monthly reports concerning challenges, achievements and trends related to the project;
- Work closely with the social worker and caseworker to support referred individuals both from internal sources and external partners;
- Participate in monthly meetings and staff care sessions;

Qualifications:
Masters degree in clinical psychology, extensive knowledge of MHPSS intervention guidelines, minimum 2 years experience working on syria crisis context, particularly with children and caregivers or relevant field work.
Good team player, positive attitude and communication skills are desirable.
Computer literacy is a must including excel and word literacy.
Command of the English and Arabic language, both written and spoken, is a must.
