Social Worker- Tripoli

Under the technical supervision of the Protection Program Manager and the supervision of the North Area Manager, the social worker will support the project implementation through the following tasks in B&Z community center in Tripoli Role and Responsibilities •Conducts focused psychosocial support sessions for youth from both host and refugee community,  •Consult, assess, and coordinate an intervention plan with the case worker to ensure the psychological, social, and physical well-being of participants;  •Participate in interagency coordination meetings and sector working groups;  •Participate in capacity building trainings related to the area of operations and the protection program scope of work;  •Provide information on existing social, educational and health services and how to access them within the area of residence of the service-seekers; •Submit monthly reports concerning implemented outreach activities, case observation and identification, referrals, focal points meetings and related challenges   Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with adequate computer and research skills Must have strong ability to maintain interpersonal relationships Friendly, with strong communication and listening skills Successful in leading teams, and motivating them Must be Fluent in Arabic and English Must have personal qualities such as: a strong commitment to integrity, respect for privacy, and the ability to inspire others
