Monitoring And Evaluation Manager

Solidar Suisse is a non-governmental organization (NGO) whose purpose is to assist disadvantaged, persecuted and oppressed people in Switzerland and worldwide.  Solidar Suisse has been operating in Lebanon since September 2012.   Having its main office in Habbouch / Nabatieh district, Solidar Suisse is seeking for an experienced and highly motivated   Monitoring and Evaluation Manager The Monitoring and Evaluation Manager will be responsible for correct Data Base Management, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning. Together with an assigned Team, she/he will gather, evaluate and analyse relevant project information for programming and adaption. Additionally, she/he will support other departments by providing relevant information and data and will be part of the senior management team. Main Tasks and responsibilities: Acts as a main interlocutor towards the municipalities in the project area Establish, maintains and updates a sound Database Management for  Solidar Suisse Elaborates, introduces and follows up on assessment questionnaires Elaborates, introduces and follows up on monitoring and evaluation tools. Leads, supervises and manages field assistance team. Coordinates and organizes baseline and end line survey UCA for beneficiaries Coordinates and organises assessment and monitoring work for other departments Manage and follow up all assessments for beneficiaries/target group in the area of work. Prepare relevant data for reporting and proposal writing Requirements: -       At least 3 years of professional experience as Monitoring and Evaluation officer,  experience NGOs  an advantage -       University degree in social science, economics or related fields -       Strong analytical and conceptual skills -       Ability to work and perform under pressure -       Proven skills in leading a team -       Elevated sense of organisation -       Excellent command in written and oral Arabic and English
