Research And Documentation Specialist

[1] Desk-top reviews of Arabic and English literature related to scope of the required research and documentation work. [2] Conduct interviews of Peace Labs staff and local community members.  [3] Draft a 50-page manual on local conflict mediation in Arabic.  [4] Create templates for documenting case studies in both Arabic and English.  [5] Synthesize collected data into presentable case studies. [6] Support Director and Programs Officer with any additional research needs.   Ideal profile [1] Excellent English and Arabic WRITING skills, to a publishing standard. [2] Knowledge of research methodologies (emphasis on qualitative and mixed-method research approaches). [3] Advanced level of MS Office Word  [4] Comfortable speaking in public and presenting research findings.
