 Submit a detailed work plan for nails and facial care training Coordinate with the adult institute project manager on the logistics and organisation of the workshops Conduct 3 training each consisting of 16 sessions  for 20 participants for a period of 2 month Submit a detailed curriculum for the training  Draft and submit a pre-test and a post-evaluation test by the participants before and after the activities Upload attendance on weekly basis Submit a report identifying the challenges, lessons learned, and success stories after the end of each training
