Psychosocial Support Project Field Officer

Main Role To support LRC’s Psychosocial Support Program in project management, coordination, and monitoring and evaluation.   Operational Roles and Responsibilities Conduct field visits on a regular basis to the different project sites to ensure that activities are being implemented according to the project work plan and in compliance with monitoring and evaluation tools. Participate in project meetings and UN coordination meetings/working groups at field level and provide regular feedback on meetings to the psychosocial project managers and DRC project manager. Provide technical support on Gender Based Violence, Child Protection and Psychosocial Support to the psychosocial project officers and project field teams (social workers, community volunteers and DM frontline workers) Facilitate or support project related trainings/workshops for staff and volunteers. Facilitate and promote cross-cutting results across LRC departments (DM, MS and EMS) Support the development of monitoring and evaluation tools for the project. Prepare monthly reports  Function Specific Experience At least 2 years of experience implementing or supervising Psychosocial Support, Child Protection and Gender Based Violence activities – required Experience in providing technical supervision to field teams on Psychosocial Support and Child Protection and Gender Based Violence - required Experience in training field staff on Psychosocial Support, Child Protection and Gender Based Violence - required Experience in project management and the monitoring and evaluation of project activities - required Experience of working for a humanitarian aid organisation in Lebanon - required Experience of writing monthly reports - required. Experience in UNHCR coordination system - preferred   Driver’s License Required   Industry Related Experience Previous experience as an LRC volunteer is an asset Experience of working for a humanitarian aid organization in Lebanon
