Position Summary
(1) Organizes programs delivery and ensures students’ growth and good relation with schools and universities.
(2) Responsible for ensuring quality programs implementation.
(3) Initiates contacts with new schools and universities in line with annual strategy.
(4) Responsible for organizing materials and kits for programs in line with annual students reach.
(5) Supports in systemizing interaction with students and in involving INJAZ Alumni.
(6) Supports in data management, communication and grant reporting.
Responsibilities
Organizing programs delivery and follow up:
Maintains a long-term relationship with existing schools and universities by renewing collaboration, getting regular feedback and keeping their information updated.
Schedules programs sessions in schools and universities in coordination with Senior Volunteers Coordinator.
Follows-up with schools and universities regularly to ensure smooth running and quality delivery of programs.
Ensures an adequate number of classes (including students reach) to reach annual target.
Attends selected sessions’ deliveries with volunteers. Supports in programs implementation when needed.
Gathers testimonials from students and school representatives. Takes pictures of selected sessions deliveries.
Ensuring quality of programs implementation:
Reads INJAZ Lebanon programs (Arabic and English) and ensures that programs are delivered according to the Programs Implementation Standards shared by the Regional Office.
Responsible for gathering pre and post evaluation tests from students and making sure that they are filled correctly.
Supports in the adaptation of programs through feedback and comments shared by school representatives and students.
Supports Senior Volunteers Coordinator in assessing volunteers’ delivery.
Attends webinars organized by the Regional Office to learn about other Member Nations’ best practices.
Initiating contact with new schools and universities:
Promotes the mission of INJAZ Lebanon within schools and universities and register students for selected programs.
Initiates contact with new schools and universities based on a strategy reach plan agreed on with Senior Programs Manager.
Supports Senior Programs Manager in preparing yearly reach plan for programs distribution among existing and new schools/universities.
Programs kits and materials:
Coordinates with Programs team to lead the organization of the inventory of materials and kits for INJAZ programs.
Keeps kit counts and other materials updated to ensure efficient and timely request for printing.
Makes sure that all kits are collected from volunteers after program delivery.
Students database and Alumni:
Oversees data entry of students’ information and ensure that it is regularly updated.
Oversees data entry of pre and post-tests. Supports in analyzing results.
Supports in strategizing and implementing systems for involving INJAZ Alumni. Ensures that the objectives are met based on Regional Office’s guidelines.
Supports in preparing reports and updates regarding INJAZ Lebanon Alumni Chapter for the Regional Office.
Supporting in data management, communication and grand reporting:
Ensures that appropriate data is collected as per KPIs agreed on for reporting (Internal and Grant reporting).
Provides information in a timely fashion for grant reporting as requested by Senior Programs Manager.
Provides programs stories, photos, testimonials and programs allocation in schools and universities (with students reach) for the marketing department (media communication, social media, newsletters, website…).
Others:
Attends team meetings and others when necessary.
Supports in piloting programs in area outside Mount Lebanon and Beirut, if any.
Supports in program events and workshops (such as annual entrepreneurship competition and Innovation Camp)
Performs other related duties, as assigned or requested, especially in cases where new and large multi-stakeholder projects arise other than INJAZ programs.
Position Qualifications:
Required:
1) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Other relevant field or equivalent.
2) 1+ years of work experience preferably related to capacity building and dealing with youth.
3) Sincere interest in the mission of INJAZ Lebanon and in entrepreneurship.
4) Strong communication and presentation skills.
5) Highly organized and motivated, ability to multitask in a timely manner, team player.
6) Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.
7) Motorized.
