Field Technical Support

The Field technical support is responsible for providing technical support to the education program team to ensure alignment of approaches implemented and national consistency in the goal and objectives across the organization.   Duties Lead the project teams on the field in different regions as directed by the Project Coordinator Give strategic guidance, and ensure coordination and motivation of the teams on the field in different regions as directed by the Project Coordinator Address health and well-being of the teams, and ensure quality assurance Ensure project delivery teams are well-structured, and motivated to enable achievement of agreed project goals Lead the development and management of senior relationships with families, groups, individuals, as required, to support the achievement of the project plan Develop and maintain proactive, positive and professional relationships with the teams Oversee the implementation of activities to achieve agreed outcomes and outputs in logical framework Take overall responsibility for the technical delivery of results Provide technical tools and good reference for the teams in their intervention with beneficiaries Develop and oversee inception and development phases for projects, including recognized tools such as logical frameworks, theories of change, type of intervention and impact frameworks Ensure the activities related to beneficiaries are monitored effectively, risks are highlighted, and lessons learned are shared for any insights gained during the project execution that can be usefully applied on future projects Prepare periodic technical reports  for the Project Coordinator Visit to field as required by Project Coordinator Liaise with partners as directed by Project Coordinator Business Skills Strong proven ability to negotiate multiple relationships with various partners Demonstrated technical management and program implementation experience Dynamic leader with creative problem solving skills, particularly in challenging situations Representational and advocacy skills Experience working with individuals, families and groups of beneficiaries Excellent interpersonal and networking skills Strong oral and written communications skills Demonstrated writing and grants management skills Cultural sensitivity and adaptability Strong organizational skills and attention to-detail Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic (French is a plus) Computer Skills Microsoft office – all applications Software applications required for daily operations

Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences, Development, Business Administration, Management, supply chain management or related field with 3 to 4 years of experience in Social Sciences, social work and sociology. Experience with a NGO is preferable.
