We do not take sides in armed conflicts, we provide care on the basis of need, and we push for independent access to victims of conflict as required under international humanitarian law.   Main Purpose Execute the medical and logistical warehouse storing activities in order to keep stock above security level and following recommended conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.) under the supervision of the Project Medical Referent / Logistics Supervisor, and in collaboration with the logistics team. Accountabilities Supervise material orders and dispatching in order to ensure rational use. Receive orders and deliveries, identifying potential disparities against cargo manifest or others and reporting them, and stores materials in accordance with the system in force, in order to ensure continuous availability. It includes:   Ensure correct entries on the stock cards and software Prepare orders of the different consumption units (departments, wards, other), ensuring the packaging and proper dispatching. Reporting any anomalies or changes in consumption patterns to the Supervisor. Also inform Supervisor as soon as stock reaches alert limit Carry out or participate in regular inventories including EPREP stock. Report missing material/ damage/ robbery. Control warehouse limited access to authorized personnel and ensure doors and other exists are secured. Ensures good storage conditions of all items in the stock. Control warehouse facilities in order to ensure materials good keeping conditions. It includes:   Monitor temperature in the warehouse and ensure that products requiring cold chain are suitably stored and transports received and prepared appropriately according to MSF Supply and Cold Chain protocols Ensure cleanliness of premises (stock). Maintain refrigerating equipment in close collaboration with the logistics department. Follows up stock levels  in  regards to alarms thresholds, stock out, expiry dates and drugs to expire in the following 6 months. Makes a report and passes it to the supervisor   Report standard and relevant information of each stock to the appropriate functional manager to ensure smooth function of both logistic and medical stocks Updating and/or creating stock cards/software for all stock items immediately after reception of goods. Checking the received cold boxes and controlling the cold chain-monitoring card Prepare orders of the different consumption units, ensuring the packaging and proper dispatching. Report any abnormalities or changes in consumption patterns to the Project Medical Referent or Logisitic Supervisor. Also inform Project Medical Referent or Logisitic Supervisor as soon as stock reaches alert limit In conjunction with the line manager, performing physical stock counts in accordance with the frequency previously defined. Assisting line manager with preparation of stock reports.
