The Logistics Assistant is responsible for ssupporting program activities through his/her services
DUTIES
Receive all supplies delivered to warehouses and ensure that supplies are received in good condition
Identify needs for equipment repair/service and contact repair service vendors
Assist in following up on repairs of equipment and ensure timely delivery
Maintain proper files of requisitions, quotations and purchase orders, as per policy
Assist the Logistics Manager in collecting and compiling monthly logistics report
Support the IT/Procurement department when required and upon the Logistics Manager request
Monitor the regional warehouses, and ensure the transfer sheets are signed according to procedure
