General Objectives & Tasks :
1- Oversee the accounting department of the center:– Organize and register, on a daily basis, all the transactions on the accounting software (SAP): purchase and sales transactions, receipts, payments, transfers …– Issue checks and ensure the signature of the concerned parties, for the successful delivery operation to the recipients.– Prepare and issue the accounting reports and deliver it to the concerned executives.– Pay salaries of the volunteers of the center.– Preserve the center’s cash.– Prepare the bank reconciliations of the suppliers and customers.– Respect and abide by the accounting department procedures.
2- Organize the appropriate accounting documentations and pass the relevant information to the concerned parties:– Assemble and ensure proper classification of the accounting and financial documents.– Create the partnership cards.– Prepare and organize all the documents related to the administration of staff (absence, change, advance on salary, payroll, insurance …) under the supervision of the head of the center.
Professional competencies:
