Collect and systemize information on progress of the sectors of each activity of the project beingimplemented by RI
Ensure that all data fits into the RI logframes and indicator breakdowns
Provide assistance in training, monitoring and evaluation, data collection, surveys, data clarityand data delivery
Coordinate closely and on a daily basis with the Monitoring and Evaluation Manager on all datacollection, data entry and data analysis
Assist in analyzing and compiling data to measure the progress and impact of projects’ activities
Liaise with Monitoring & Evaluation Officer and Field Staff for field-visits
Conduct regular field-visits and submits the necessary field-reporting documentation
Assists Monitoring & Evaluation Officer in the collection and segregation of data from field
Ensure that all field data is captured and segregated
Responsible for the submission of all field-data pertaining to the weekly SitRep and monthlyreports
Coordinate with the Monitoring & Evaluation Officer in ensuring that all field-data is collected ina timely and efficient manner
Assists in the implementation of 'Needs Assessments' conducted
Updates all data-bases for all program activities
Ensures that all data is stored efficiently
Translates documents from English to Arabic; and vice-versa
Reports to the Monitoring & Evaluation Manager
