We are looking for a highly qualified individual who are able to implement activities for Women in a challenging but interesting environment. About the job  The aim of this position is to implement GBV/CP outreach activities in Tripoli.   Duties     In collaboration with the project Coordinator, design an outreach strategy for all project duration. Organize community mobilization activities in each selected area of intervention;  Identify community representatives and any other relevant stakeholders for the project and communicate the project with them in collaboration with the Project Coordinator; Organize and facilitate data collection, including focus group discussions at community level; Help the facilitators in GBV awareness sessions for women. Ensure that program information are available and accessible by all beneficiaries; Regular follow up with the beneficiaries; Organize logistics for community mobilization activities. Regular reporting the project coordinator.   Abilities and skills Able to work with refugees and deprived and most vulnerable women; Experience in humanitarian and social work, outreach and data entry. Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills; Good background about the area of work   Requirements  Experience required: minimum of one year Education degree: Bachelor or technical Degree in social work or any related field Age required: Over 23 years old
