  Enumerator Job Description Need 2 Enumerators Location: South Lebanon- Nabatieh, Kfaroumman Contract: full time Period of employment: 6 weeks   PURPOSE OF POSITION The Field Enumerator is responsible for conducting surveys together with the Solidar field team to identify the eligibility status of vulnerable Syrian and Lebanese families in Nabatieh and Jezzine. The enumerators will be re-assessing the case-load for the cash assistance project of Solidar Suisse which will be added into our database that identifies the most vulnerable households.   MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Household Visits - Conduct prescreening phone calls to make appointments for household visits. gather primary data prior to house hold visit  -  Plan lists of beneficiaries to be visited on daily basis from our current beneficiaries. - Plan the assessment with the Solidar team on the new beneficiaries to be identified  Conduct household visits with solidar staff to the families Data entry for all the assessment and re-assessments and information collected through the household visits. Generate weekly and monthly reports for the household visit exercise and discuss on daily basis the tasks with Solidar team. Check RAIS with the DMO (data management officer) on daily basis to verify the accuracy of data (avoid duplication, and edit context of assessment when needed).  On request: finalize assessments on RAIS by filling in the data base. 2. Referring cases Refer cases that need follow-up to designated internal focal points and to discuss with the project team the referral cases identified and why. - based on the information and training session at the start by Solidar, the enumerators will respond to questions of the beneficiaries together with the team members. Have the capacity and necessary information packages to address and answer any beneficiary concern 3. Coordination Coordinate with Solidar team and with the municipalities prior to any intervention Coordinate with Solidar team and security department and follow security measures Coordinate with Solidar team to book drivers regarding locations visits   KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES High School Degree Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as effective team player Experience in Data Collection Know the area to survey 1 year experience in local community and within an NGO context Able to use a computer, with word-processing and spreadsheets, (e.g. Microsoft Office) Know how to use Android Tablets and apps Understanding of internet and email Good in English 90% Field work; 10% Office work   Apply your CV with at least 3 references
