GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Under the supervision of the fleet manager, transport ACF local and expatriate employees and equipement to the locations requested within the implementation areas of ACF projects in Lebanon and other locations within Lebanon. In addition, the driver should abide and reinforce all security rules defined by ACF. Lastly, the driver should closely oversee the vehicle state of repair and do the daily proper checks of vehicles. DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS Objective 1: Driving and Logistics Follow weekly movement planning according to project’s requests and fleet manager. Responsible for weekly fuelling and routine daily maintenance check of the vehicles (battery, radiator, tyres etc). Report accidents and/or damage to vehicles to fleet manager immediately. Completing vehicle log book (fuel / spare parts / maintenance) and summarizing monthly totals in vehicle log book. Keep vehicles clean on a weekly basis (exterior and interior). Assist with loading and unloading of vehicles and assist technicians in the field. Monitor the maintenance and fuel consumption of vehicles. Objective 2: Security and reporting Follow and sign the Vehicle_use_agreement rules. Transport both people and goods in a safe and secure manner at all times. Full compliance of ACF security rules (seatbelt use, speed limits, daily reporting, etc.). Report all vehicle movements within the base and country to the fleet manager. Inform and report on a timely manner to fleet manager of any security incident. Wear ACF vests and identification cards at all times. Consult fleet manager for security clearance for specific areas. Objective 3: General Objectives Respect of ACF Charter and internal rule of ethics. Participate in any other work in order to achieve the project goal. Be available if necessary to work on weekends and out of office time. Objective 4: Security Respect the security rules specified in the mission and base security plan and perform the security management tasks that can be assigned in its protocols. Communicate to the security managers of the working location any security related information or noncompliance with the security plan. REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES Valid Lebanese driving license (since 1 year at least) Vehicle maintenance course / certification Experience in vehicle mechanics and maintenance Experience in fleet management 2 years minimum working as a driver, preferably for humanitarian aid agencies Punctual Proactive Organized Excellent Arabic mandatory, English an asset  Ability to work under pressure
